I'm Kenae! I picked up a camera a few years ago just for fun, and had no idea it would turn into something I'd love this much! What started as a hobby quickly became a way to slow down and really see the beauty in everyday life. I will always aim to capture your story authentically and creatively, the way it's meant to be told. Jesus put this passion on my heart, and now I get to use it to not only meet new people, but to help others to remember the seasons that matter most!

Photography, to me, is about so much more than just capturing pretty images. It’s about capturing moments you’ll remember and stories you’ll feel. I feel incredibly grateful to be invited into some of the most intimate and meaningful moments of people’s lives. My goal is to preserve not just the big, obvious moments, but also the quiet, unnoticed ones like the gentle glances between a grandparent and grandchild or the laughs shared between two people in love. These are the moments that truly make photos emotional.

I approach every session with warmth, playfulness, and a sense of friendship. I guide my clients with prompts to help create natural, candid moments, but I also know when to step back and let things flow organically. My sessions usually start and end with playful, candid moments, with more traditional poses in the middle to help everyone feel relaxed and comfortable while still getting a full range of images. When I edit, I stay true to color but always keep warmth, nostalgia, and character in mind.

my philosophy

I want every client to feel relaxed, like they’re just hanging out with a friend and creating memories, not “just taking photos.” When you see your gallery, I hope you’re pulled right back into the moment and feeling joy, warmth, love, and the sense that these images are part of a story that will be cherished for generations.

At the heart of everything I do is my faith in Christ. My passion for photography is an extension of my desire to exemplify God’s love in all that I do through kindness, patience, and wholehearted service to others. I also come from a family that treasures physical photos, and having lost loved ones over the years, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful images can be in connecting us to our past, our present, and each other. Photos are our history, legacy, and story.

I draw inspiration from biblical truths, as well as from media, music, paintings, and films that move me. My hope is that every session I do reflects this blend of faith, storytelling, and genuine human connection, leaving you with images that are warm, cinematic, nostalgic, romantic, and candid. With memories captured in a way you’ll feel for a lifetime.
